FIT$ / CUSTOMER CARE

Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern purchases from FIT$ BY MTP (“FIT$,” “we,” or “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. FIT$ is your seller and customer-service contact.

2. Made-to-order products

Our apparel is produced on demand by our production and fulfillment partner. Product placement, color, and scale may vary slightly from digital mockups. FIT$ handles your purchase and customer service.

3. Orders and payment

Checkout and payment are processed securely through Shopify. Orders may be declined, canceled, or refunded for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory limitations, or production issues.

4. Shipping

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Production, carrier, customs, weather, and destination delays may affect arrival. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address and for duties or import taxes where applicable.

5. Returns and problems

Because items are made on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes, except where required by law. We will review claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly shipped items. Contact FIT$ within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. For damage, defects, misprints, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days when possible so we can investigate promptly. Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual property

FIT$ names, artwork, logos, photographs, and designs may not be copied, reproduced, or sold without written permission.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIT$ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Contact

Questions, notices, and order issues should be sent through our contact page.
